Authorities in North Bay Village are currently searching for a transgendered woman who went missing in the area.

32-year-old Joao “Julia” Da Silva was last seen by her family at her North Bay home around 11 a.m., on Thursday.

Da Silva is said to be 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs around 200 pounds and has straight hair with bangs.

She is known to frequent the Miami, Miami Beach and Wilton Manors LGBTQ communities.
