WHO: Calling all families with students in kindergarten through 4th grade
WHAT: Families interested in learning more about The Foundations School are encouraged to attend the upcoming free Open House admission events at their new campus in West Palm Beach!
The Foundations School is a K-5 independent school that focuses on improving literacy and breaking the barriers of traditional education through the arts. The Foundations School gives students from underserved communities an opportunity at a high-quality education and a brighter future. They use a sliding fee scale based on household size and income, and no one is turned away for inability to pay.
The Foundations School’s focus on small class sizes, one-on-one attention, and regular assessment gives students an environment where they can grow and thrive. Creativity and the arts are incorporated into daily learning, giving students a unique approach to learning academic material. Students love the school so much; they don’t want to leave! Many students stay after the end of the school day for the innovative aftercare program.
The Foundations School opened in a new location in Fall 2022 with openings in all grades. 4th grade is offered for the first time in 2022, with plans to expand to 5th grade in 2023.
At the event, families will have the opportunity to participate in a fun art activity led by The Foundations School teaching artists as well as learn more about the school and the learning environment at various information tables throughout the building, taking the parents on an impromptu tour of the new facilities.
