Eagles fans required to wear mask at Thursday’s preseason opener

The NFL is setting the tone for a safe and healthy preseason.

The Eagles play their first preseason game tonight against the Steelers at Lincoln Financial Field.

Philadelphia’s new indoor mask mandate is requiring fans to wear a mask when they are indoors at the stadium.

Fans in outside seats will not be required to wear mask up.

The organization says fans should bring their own masks and those who are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear mask at all times.

Mask must be worn in the Diamond Club, restrooms. elevators and team stores.

Philadelphia officials announced a new mask mandate Wednesday that will take effect at midnight Thursday.
