A Florida couple  and their pooch were chased into their own home by a black bear and the whole episode was captured on their doorbell camera.

Jason Smith said he his wife and dog barely had time to react as the bear immediately started running after them, narrowly missing them as the scampered in the front door of their Apopka home.

The video shows the two escaped the bear by just seconds as they ran into their house with their dog.

The couple contacted the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to report the incident.
