Authorities in Loxahatchee, Florida are asking for the public’s help in identifying the victim of a pedestrian crash.

The incident occurred around two weeks ago along Southern Boulevard near D Road.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says that the victim walked into traffic and despite the driver’s best efforts to avoid hitting the victim, the victim was still struck by the vehicle and died at the scene.

The sheriffs department has since released a composite drawing of the victim.
