The trans boy’s mother speaks on trans rights in the spot.

Disney’s decision to air the PSA comes as tensions between the company and Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis remain high because of the state’s “Parental Rights in Education” bill.

The media giant has pledged to help repeal the law.

Outlets owned by Comcast, WarnerMedia and Paramount will also air the PSA.
