The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a deputy-involved shooting in Lake Park.

The shooting was reported Friday afternoon on Evergreen Drive and Ninth Street.

One person was killed during the incident.

While many details have not been released regarding the incident, authorities did report that no one from their agency was hurt.

PBSO’s critical management team and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are en route to investigate the incident.
