WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.– Police in West Palm Beach are investigating a vehicle accident involving a 60-year-old cyclist and a car, WPTV reports.

The incident happened at 5:45 am on Broadway, south of 37th Street Thursday morning.

All lanes of Broadway were closed while police investigated the scene, according to video of the area taken after the incident.

Mike Jachles, a spokesman for West Palm Beach police, stated the cyclist had been transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.

Results of the investigation have not been released and no other information is currently available.
