Crestview Towers condominiums in North Miami Beach is being evacuated due to structural and electrical conditions.

The evacuation comes just a week after the Surfside condo collapse and as South Florida municipalities continue to push for more routine reviews of high-rise condominium complexes.

The North Miami Beach Police Department is assisting the condo association with the orderly evacuation of the residents. American Red Cross is also working with the city to find temporary shelter for displaced residents who do not have a place to stay.
