(850WFTL) — We are waking up to cool temps today and a cold front is on the way as severe weather is headed to the Plains and the South over the next several days.

More than 15-million people in 14 states are under some sort of winter weather alert today. We will see colder temperatures by the end of the week ushered in by rain on Friday and then highs in the 70’s lows in the 60’s for Saturday and Sunday and Monday.
