KEY WEST, FL– The U.S. Coast Guard is currently searching for two people and a dog who were last seen on a boat in Key West, just before Hurricane Ian made landfall. The boat is believed to be carrying Omar Millet Torres, Betsy Morales, and their dog, and was last seen in the Fury Playground area.
