(WEST PALM BEACH, FL) – The City of West Palm Beach is hosting a ceremony to celebrate WPB GreenMarket “Best Farmers Market” status for the second year in a row.
The event will take place Saturday, October 1 from 9am-1pm at the Waterfront Commons on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach. This year’s theme is “Sweet Success” celebrating the market’s 2nd consecutive year being named as the Best Farmers Market in the U.S. according to the Readers’ Choice Poll in USA Today’s 10Best.
The GreenMarket will take place every Saturday on the Great Lawn through April 15, 2023. Its mission is to provide the community with seasonal access to locally grown fresh produce, plants, and agricultural products.
This event will set a record with over 110 vendors and an expansion to the 200 block of Clematis Street. Residents and visitors can shop a variety of products including fresh produce, coffees & teas, flowers & plants, homemade specialty items, gourmet foods, desserts and more! The visual Opening Day Ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. with Mayor Keith A. James, City Commissioners, and City Administrators.
