West Palm Beach, FL — The West Palm Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a child that was found wandering a neighborhood alone.
The child, who appears to be between the ages of two and three-year-old was located in the area of 4200 Bear Lakes Court in West Palm Beach.
Authorities say the child is non-verbal and is decribed as a black male about 3 feet tall and weighing approximately 32 pounds.
He is said to have short black hair, brown eyes, and was only wearing a diaper.
The child is also said to have no visible scars or marks.
