Police FB - Shirenna (78)

DADEVILLE, AL–A 12-year-old girl who had been kidnapped was able to escape her captivator and lead police back to two dead bodies.
The child was found walking on the side of a road in a rural area of Alabama on Monday.
Tallapoosa County Sheriff Jimmy Abbett told reporters that they received a call before 8:30 a.m. about a child walking the area alone and went to check it out.
Authorities launched a kidnapping investigation within 24 hours of speaking with the child.
The investigation led them to the residence of José Paulino Pascual-Reyes, where deputies discovered two bodies.
Pascual-Reyes was arrested and charged with first-degree kidnapping, three counts of capital murder, and two counts of abuse of a corpse.

According to court documents, the child told police that she had been tied to a bed for nearly a week and was drugged with alcohol.

During a press conference on Tuesday, Abbett reported that the child had not been reported missing but declined to give any information regarding her relationship with Pascual-Reyes:
It’s a fluid investigation,’’ the sheriff said, adding that authorities wouldn’t address whether the girl and man knew each other “until later.” “Things are changing, and I don’t want to jeopardize the identification of our juvenile.”
She was eventually able to escape after chewing off her restraints.
Abbett also did not identify the bodies or say how the two victims died.
