(BROWARD COUNTY, FLA)– Police in Miami-Dade County have arrested the estranged husband of a woman who disappeared from her central Broward home last Thursday.

36-year-old Jose Luis Pacheco has been charged with the murder of 39 year-old Mimose Dulcio after being taken into custody in Hialeah on Monday night.

Investigators with the Broward Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on the couple’s home and shared vehicle and uncovered evidence pointing to Dulcio’s likely murder.

It is believed that Pacheco used their white 2018 Dodge Charger to transport the victim’s body to an unknown location.

Dulcio’s family had suspected foul play since reporting her as missing on Nov. 12.

“We’re just trying to find Mimose,” Seminta, her sister told Miami TV station WSVN over the weekend. “I’m scared, I’m concerned. We need to find Mimose.”

The couple were in the process of divorcing at the time she disappeared.

Pacheco is currently being held in the Miami-Dade County Jail on second degree murder charges.

Homicide detectives are asking anyone with information on this case, specifically relating to the movement of the couple’s white 2018 Dodge Charger, to call BSO Homicide Det. Kevin Nitsch at 954-321-4246 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
