Planning to fly to China despite warnings to avoid travel to the country in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak? Don’t look to British Airways to get you there.
The airline has suspended all direct flights to and from mainland China, with the cancellations in effect until January 31. The company announced it would reassess after that date.
In addition, there are no flights available to book on BA.com for January and February.
With fears of the virus spreading, and cases popping up around the globe, United Airlines, Air Canada and Cathay Pacific Airways have also canceled some trips to China.
