The company has announced that it will offer a free shuttle and rideshare service to help passengers get to and from train stations.

According to Brightline Train President Patrick Goddard, the train service will be back up and running on Nov.8.

Goddard said the new service is called Brightline Plus and you can book it in their app when you buy tickets.

“We’ll have a fleet of Teslas, shuttles, electric golf carts that will pick you up where you are and take you to the train station, then take you to your final destination,” Goddard said.

Goddard said the first month of Brightline Plus will be free, then they’ll offer it at a reduced fare for a while to get people used to it and he said it will always be less expensive than traditional rideshares.

The train li will also be gearing up for transport to Orlando airport, which should be ready around the end of 2022.
