Former Dolphins head coach Brian Flores is back in the league despite suing it for racial discrimination in hiring practices. Flores has been hired by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers, who are lead by Black head coach, Mike Tomlin, have announced that Flores has been hired to be the team’s senior defensive assistant/linebackers coach.

The team that pivoted from Russ Grimm to Tomlin in 2007, has seen Tomlin become one of the best coaches in the NFL. Since joining the Steelers, Tomlin has led the team to nine playoff runs, seven division titles, three AFC Championship Games, two Super Bowl appearances.
