The Broward Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating after finding the body of a man floating in a canal.

The discovery was made in a canal on the 2900 block of South Palm Aire Drive in Pompano Beach.

Officials with the Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office are now working to determine the victim’s cause of death.

The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
