BOCA RATON, FL– A 64-year-old has been taken into custody after he admitted to videotaping a 10-year-old girl while she was in the shower.
The incident occurred almost a year ago, on March 24, 2022.
Authorities say they began investigating Scot Stewart Toski after the child came forward with allegations that Toski put a cellphone camera under the shower curtain while she was showering.
According to the victim, she was home alone with Toski and told him that was going to shower.
After a few minutes, the child says she noticed a phone camera under the shower curtain and pointed in her direction.
She yelled “Hey!”
That’s when the camera disappeared.
The child says she is sure it was Toski because he was the only one home at the time and knew where she would be showering.
Toski told authorities that he knew the child was showering but that he went straight to bed after eating dinner.
He also told authorities that before the child got into the shower, he told her she needed to wash one of the dogs.

Five months after authorities spoke with Toski, a female witness came forward and told officials that Toski admitted to filming the child and deleting the video before deputies arrived.
According to the witness, Toski told her that he filmed the child because he was “horny” and did not have anyone to have sex with.
Deputies conducted a controlled phone call with the consent of the child’s parents between Toski and the child.
According to the report, Toski admitted to filming her and deleting the video.
Toski was booked into the Palm Beach County jail on a charge of video voyeurism but has since been released on bail.
