(ORANGE COUNTY, FLA) — A 21-year-old woman was charged with the premeditated killing of her sister in their shared bedroom after discovering she had an alleged ‘soiree’ with her boyfriend.

Fatiha Marzan stabbed her 20-year-old sister Sayma Marzan to death Sept. 26 in the bedroom they shared, after finding out her long-distance partner of 5 years had exchanged intimate messages with Sayma through a video game, according to a police report.

Fatiha bought a “dagger style knife set” from Amazon 2 weeks prior to killing her sister, after learning her boyfriend confessed to Sayma he ‘loved her.’

She hid the daggers in a closet and waited until her family members fell asleep. At 4:40 a.m., she stabbed Sayma ‘3 to 4 times in the heart.’ Fatiha called the police department later that day and confessed to killing her sister.

She is currently being held in Orange County Jail with no bond, authorities said.
