Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is apologizing for a comment suggesting the Latino community is more diverse than the African American community. Biden is attempting to ‘clarify’ the comment he made on NPR saying “In no way did I mean to suggest the African American community is a monolith—not by identity, not on issues, not at all.’ Here’s what Biden said. President Trump was shocked by the comment.
