Police in Des Moines, Iowa responded to reports of a shooting outside of East High School on Monday afternoon.

Numerous victims are involved and at least three teenagers are reported to be in critical condition.

East High School remains on lockdown as officers secure the area and a police sergeant says suspects in the shooting have been detained.
