BROWARD COUNTY, FL–
Authorities have made an arrest after a man was caught on surveillance taking up-skirt photos of a woman at a Walmart.
31-year-old Ciano Brown was taken into custody on Sunday for the incident that occurred at a North Lauderdale Walmart at 7900 W. McNab Road.
Officials say that on September 9th, Brown walked up behind a woman who was wearing a sundress before bending down and taking photos under her dress.
Surveillance video shows Brown taking at least two photos and when the woman turned in his direction, Brown pretended to be looking at something on a bottom shelf.
Officials finally caught up to Brown after publicly releasing the video.
He is now facing one count of video voyeurism and is currently at the Broward County Jail with a $2,000 bond.
According to the report, Brown was arrested last year for a similar situation at the Aventura Mall. He was also banned from the mall.
