NORTH MIAMI, FL– An elementary school in Miami-Dade County was briefly placed on a lockdown Wednesday after an armed man tried to get onto the campus.
The suspect was found at William J. Bryan Elementary School near NE 125th St.
Authorities say the suspect never made it onto the campus and was taken into custody.
It is unclear why the suspect was there.
