This is what Mark McCloskey told Tucker Carlson last night on FOX News. McCloskey Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner explained it is illegal to “wave weapons in a threatening manner” against those taking part in a nonviolent protest. Governor Mike Parson has already hinted he would pardon the couple if charges were filed.
