WEST PALM BEACH, FL– A 22-year-old man was shot and killed at a party after he allegedly threatened to shoot people at the party. 

The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of 4th Street.

Witnesses say there was an altercation between two people at the party and that’s when the suspect went to his car to grab his gun. 

The suspect then threatened to shoot up the party. 

After being told multiple times to put his gun away, a 32-year-old man shot the suspect. 

The suspect was said to have died at the scene. 

Authorities are investigating the incident. 

It was said that the person who shot the suspect has a concealed carry permit and is cooperating with police.
