And in wild-and-wacky news…an alleged Delray Beach bank robber armed with a machete tossed money out the window of his getaway car after leading officers on multi-county chase.

Delray Beach police said a man armed with a machete walked into a TD Bank, located at 969 SE Fifth Ave., about 10:30 a.m. and demanded money from workers.
No one was hurt and he left with an undisclosed amount of money, which he later threw out the window of his SUV once cornered by police.
The man eventually surrendered to police around noon in a Miami Gardens church parking lot.
