Actress Melissa Joan Hart has revealed she’s quite sick with COVID-19, despite being fully vaccinated, and wants to encourage others to “stay safe.”

Melissa Joan Hart is an American actress, producer and director. She had starring roles as the titular characters in the sitcoms Clarissa Explains It All, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Melissa & Joey, and also in No Good Nick.

In a video posted to her social media account, Hart revealed her diagnosis to share her journey, explaining she wasn’t posting it “to be political or gain pity.”

The actress suspected that one of her three kids also has the virus and believes it came from the school.

“I’m asking you guys to do better. Protect your families. Protect your kids,” she said.

Hart and her husband, Mark Wilkerson, share three sons, Mason, 15, Braydon, 13, and Tucker, 8.
