A man is dead after a shooting in Riviera Beach

(RIVIERA BEACH, Florida)– A convenience store shooting has left one person dead Saturday morning.

Officers were called to a shooting just after 3:30 p.m. near Midtown Grocery in the 100 block of West 18th Street, according to Riviera Beach police spokeswoman Brittany Collins.

The victim was rushed to St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police are investigating the shooting and anyone with information is urged to call the police or Palm Beach County Crime Stoppers at 800-458-TIPS.
