At least four people are dead and up to 10 have been injured following a shooting at a medical office at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Wednesday. Police responded to reports of a man carrying a rifle in the area of an office building on the hospital campus and upon arriving it became an active shooter situation according to Tulsa PD Captain Richard Meulenberg. Upon entering the building officers found several people shot and at least two were already dead.
