
(PALM CITY, FL) – Three tractor trailers were involved in a deadly crash shutting down all southbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike in Martin County on Friday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the wreck happened around 6 a.m. near mile marker 133, south of Becker Road in the Palm City area.
The turnpike is shutdown southbound between Martin Highway and Indiantown Road with miles of backups.
Drivers are urged to take I-95 to get South from the Treasure Coast to Jupiter and beyond.
