3 Arrested for shooting at local apartment complex

RIVIERA BEACH, FL– Three suspects have been arrested for the murder of a man at an apartment complex in Riviera Beach.
The shooting was reported on June 30th around 11:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Indian Trace apartment complex.
Authorities arrested 21-year-old Luke D. Lewis, 18-year-old Jacquez Brown, and an unnamed juvenile in connection with the shooting on Friday.
Brown faces a count of first-degree murder and one count of attempted robbery with a firearm. Lewis faces one count of felony murder, and the juvenile faces one count of first-degree murder and one count of attempted with a firearm.
After the arrests, authorities spoke about the shooting:
“Murder and other violent crimes in the City of Riviera Beach will not be tolerated and perpetrators will face the full wrath of the law,” Police Chief Joshua Lewis said. “If you commit a selfish act like this, we will hunt you down with every resource available to us.”
Lewis and Brown were taken to the Palm Beach County Jail, while the teen was taken to the juvenile assessment center.
