STUART, FL– A 29-year-old man has pled guilty to producing child porn using a 15-year-old.
German Oliver Jose Martin told prosecutors that he picked up the victim from her bus stop and drove her back to his trailer where he produced several explicit videos of her using his cellphone.
While the videos were taken in May, authorities learned of the videos in early June.
During a search of Martin’s belongings, authorities found two videos involving the teen on his phone.
Since pleading guilty to one count of the production of visual depictions of sexual exploitation of a minor, Martin faces up to 30 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release.
