Authorities in Northwest Miami-Dade have arrested a 15-year-old boy who they say is responsible for the death of another teen.
Tavarus Williams was taken into custody this week for the murder of Cairi McNear.
McNear was shot and killed by Williams last Wednesday near an apartment complex off of Northwest 71st Street and 14th Place.
When authorities arrived, McNear was dead.
After an investigation, authorities say they found that Williams drove to the area on a motorcycle and opened fire on McNear.
He has since been arrested on second-degree murder charges.
