A 14-year-old boy has been arrested for fatally shooting his 10-year-old brother.

The incident occurred in Henderson, Nevada on Wednesday.

Authorities say they were called to a home around  9:13 a.m. due to the report of shots fired.

They arrived to the home to find one child dead.

While many details have not been released due to the open investigation, authorities did report that they do not believe the shooting was intentional.

The teen has been arrested and taken to the Clark County Juvenile Hall.

He is facing one count of involuntary manslaughter.
