TALLAHASSEE, FL– An 11-month-old child is dead after he was reportedly left inside of a car for an “extended period of time.”
The incident occurred outside of a hospice facility in the 1700 block of Mahan Center Boulevard on Tuesday.
No other information regarding the incident is available at this time, and authorities were unable to say if the death was heat-related.
Employees at the medical center were the ones who placed a call to the police.
The investigation is ongoing.
