BOYNTON BEACH- Police responded to an early morning shooting in the 100 block of Ocean Breeze Circle near Boynton Beach Blvd. on Monday.

Investigators say a female victim was shot multiple times inside the residence and was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Numerous bullet holes were seen on the exterior of the home as well as a car parked in the driveway.

The name of the victim has not been released, and detectives are asking anyone with information to call Boynton Beach police at 561-742-8116.
