Officials in Tennessee are reporting that one person is dead and 12 others have been injured in a shooting at a grocery store.

The incident was reported at a Kroger store about 30 miles east of Memphis, Thursday afternoon.

Not much is known about the incident at this time, however, authorities said they found the shooter dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Authorities walked aisle by aisle to rescue customers who were hiding from the shooter.

12 victims were taken to hospitals in various conditions.
