Buzz Barnett.........Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico.........Attended Private High School in Canon City, Colorado before landing @ NMSU in Las Cruces, NM,  intent on becoming a "DJ"........1st radio job was in El Paso, TX, followed by ABQ, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, Santa Fe, West Palm Beach (WRMF), & now @ BIG Talk 850 'FTL for JamesCrystal Enterprises. I've hosted LIVE performance in-studio by Sting, Maurice Gibb, Mick Jones & Lou Gramm (Foreigner), Huey Lewis & The News, & many more.........I have been 1st to report "breaking" news stories such as Princess Diana's fatal accident, Sarah Palin's resignation as Governor of Alaska, & Michael Jackson's sudden passing. Although stories like these are tragic in nature, it is very exciting to be able to get it "on air" with accuracy, & urgency.

 

My Darling TeenAger, Marianna Rose (Rosie Red Sox), resides in Fort Worth, TX........We are both very loyal & proud Boston Red Sox BaseBall Fans, & have enjoyed celebrity brushes with Johnny Damon, Kevin Youkilis, Coco Crisp, & Tito Francona! Rose is a "straight A" Student in 8th-Grade @ a renowned Private School.......She's a CheerLeader & ALL that a Father could ask for in a Daughter! She has sent Her Daddy to South Florida for this wonder-full opportunity @ 'FTL so that She & Her Champion Newfoundland, King BearPaws, can fly in & swim in the Mighty Atlantic together!
